Yacht Marina on the Miami River | 5th Street Marina The 5th Street Marina is located in South Florida on the Miami River near downtown Miami’s Brickell District. The eastern half of the marina is deep water self-service Yacht Marina with certifications to receive SOLAS vessels. With over 630 lft on the Miami River, we are capable of berthing up to six (6) Yachts with alongside dockage. The slips have drafts to 13 ft and include hurricane moorings, sewer connections, and multiple power services. The western half of the marina is anchored by a full service boatyard operated by Norseman Shipbuilding. Norseman’s 100 ton travel lift can service vessels up to 90 lft. Also on-site are Langer Krell Marine Electronics, one of South Florida’s largest marine electronics dealers, and South Shore Marine Diesel, specializing in Caterpillar engine repairs. We are close enough for owners and crews to enjoy the many restaurants and nightlife of downtown Miami but we are also strategically located next to many of Miami’s most reputable marine service contractors. Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town at the end of Front Street, A & B Marina is one of the most popular locations in Key West. Because of our location and popularity, advanced reservations are highly recommended since we frequently book up, especially during special events. We can handle vessels up to 215 feet in length and a maximum beam of 42 feet. We typically maintain 90% transient dockage. All our docks are floating for easy tie-up and boarding. With the exception of our T-Head, we are Stern-to docking, meaning you will back in to your slip and board from the rear of the vessel. Please see our docking page for detailed diagrams of the marina. We have poles at 50, 60, 70, 80 and 105 feet, depending upon the slip. Power is available at every slip. We provide 50/100 amp, single phase connections and have a two 100 amp, 480V, 3 phase connections. You should be prepared to provide all necessary adapters and cables. All 480V power is metered. Depending upon duration of stay power is metered or billed at a daily flat rate. Water is available at each pedestal. You must provide your own water hose. We monitor VHF channel 16 and our working channel is VHF 10. We do have a 45-foot minimum, however we will accept smaller vessels, but you will be billed at the 45-foot minimum rate. Be sure you have additional lines, so you will be able to properly tie up. We sell only diesel fuel. Our fuel slip is not located on the T-Head. It is located on the Schooner Wharf side of the dock. We can pump approximately 20 gallons / minute, so large quantities are easily accepted. The fuel slip is 23 feet wide. If your vessel is wider than that, please let us know a head of time, and we will try to accommodate you on the T-Head (provided we have space available).

The marina in Bal Harbour Village is known as the most protected and safest in South Florida. With 24-hour security in a guard-gated community, it offers a secure environment for boaters. The marina provides single-phase 50 amp and 100 amp plugs, as well as three-phase 480 power for very large yachts. Slip sizes range from 50 feet to 160 feet, available at competitive prices. Minimum contracts are 6 months.

Is part of a hotel complex where boaters can use the pool, tennis courts and tiki bar areas. The approach to the entrance is accessible to boats with drafts under 5.5 feet anytime however larger drafted boats will have to play the tides. Depths inside the marina are well over 9 feet. The conditions of the marina have degraded substantially over the past few years. Rest room, laundry and most amenities are sub par.

Boat on Trailer Storage: A designated area is provided for parking boats on trailers, complete with washdown facilities conveniently located throughout the marina. Most spaces offer water and power access within 75 feet. Access is available 24/7 via the FOB key. Fees for launching and haul-out apply. Trailer-only storage options are also available. Dry In/Out Storage: Unlimited launches are permitted from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 3:30 pm, with at least 1-hour notice required for launching. Dry storage customers are welcome to leave their vessels in marina slips overnight, with continuous 24-hour access to the marina facilities. Wet Storage: The wet storage slips are equipped with 30-amp power outlets and fresh water hookups. Customers enjoy 24-hour access to their vessels. For owners who prefer to leave their boat in the water, the marina has 47 slips for your convenience. Rates for indoor storage are $8.50 per foot per month. Outside dry storage is $7.50 per foot per month. Wet slips are priced at $7.00 per foot per month. The facility offers services including use of the fuel pumps, wash racks, maintenance racks, and the marina store for snack, beverage, or bait and tackle purchases. Bud n’ Mary’s Fishing Marina offers a limited amount of transient (short-term) boat dockage, providing direct ocean access for boats with a maximum draft of 4.5 feet and up to 45 feet in length. The channel leading to the marina is relatively narrow, with a rock jetty on the northeast side and a “flat” on the southwest side. Navigating the channel requires careful attention due to the presence of a hard bottom on both sides. For those looking to access Florida Bay, there is direct entry via the Tea Table Relief bridge, suitable for skiffs, small centre consoles, and bay boats. The bridge typically offers 6 to 8 feet of clearance, although during extreme high tides, clearance can be reduced to 5.5 feet. Just under 2 miles south lies the Indian Key Bridge, boasting over 20 feet of clearance, making it suitable for a variety of vessels, especially those engaged in recreational fishing. We rented a slip here for a week. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The other sailors were wonderful to us too. While there, we experienced a tropical storm with high winds. Everyone there helped each other to secure the boats and loaned us extra ropes for our boat. The bathrooms were clean and accessible. Tonya was in charge, and she was warm and friendly and welcoming. I can't hardly wait to go back and spend more time, making that place home base for our sailing adventures!!

Half mile east of the Rod and Gun Club, at marker #55, just west of the highway bridge. The approach to the docks near the launch ramp and fuel dock is about 2-3 feet at low tide. Current is strong through some of the turns and shallower areas. It is a long and beautiful run up the well-marked Indian Key Pass to get there. There are just a few shallow spots, go slow and pay attention to where you are. The marina has nice new, concrete floating docks. There is a very strong current with some eddies near the dock so be prepared for that. The (free) laundry, showers, and restrooms are all nice, but only available from 9-5, because they are in the main building. The marina is right on the route that all the air boats take to get to the mangrove swamp, so it can get pretty noisy at times. At first it was very annoying, but I was amazed at how quickly we got used to and tuned out the air boat noise. The airboat tour was the main reason we stopped here. We thought we could get into the everglades, but we found out that the only tours from this location went into a private mangrove swamp. Still fun, but a little like Disney World.

The property includes a 169-seat restaurant overlooking the Barron River. We have a public boat ramp, rental cottages, large swimming pool, screened in porch with water views, 2 bar lounges, picnic area, meeting rooms available for groups (fishing trips/ motorcycle or car clubs, etc.) We also have parking for boats (Overnight dockage available) and trailers and a Helicopter landing area. A premier Mercury Service Dealer, The Inn Marina has fully certified Mercury technicians on site Monday through Saturday for boat repairs, detailing and other services. Vessels 23 feet or less can be accommodated. Water and electrical services are available at the dock. Guests enjoy complimentary dockage. A fish cleaning table is provided. Each unit rental includes free use of the boat ramp and dock for one boat up to 23 feet in length on a first-come, first-served basis. The marina is small, so when direct dockage is unavailable, boaters typically raft off of each other. Cooperation, patience, and being a good neighbour are appreciated by all. Boats larger than 23 feet, jet skis, and pontoon boats are not allowed. Unattended vehicles are also not permitted in the boat launch/trailer storage area. Additionally, the marina offers free boat trailer parking for guests.

While we are pet-friendly, our priority is to keep all our guests comfortable and safe. The marina has a maximum capacity for boats up to 30 feet and offers 24 transient slips and 24 fixed slips. The dock type is fixed, with an approach/dockside depth of approximately 3.5/6.0 feet. The tide range is about 2 feet, and we also offer fuel services for your convenience.
