Waterside Arrivals The Panama City Port Authority has easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Intracoastal Waterway from its West Terminal (30 degrees 10’34.56” N, 85 degrees 43’58.06’ W) and East Terminal (30 degrees 08’14.04” W, 85 degrees 37’38.70” W) locations on St. Andrews Bay. Navigation Channel Channel characteristics, as authorized by the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) include: 1.1 mile, 450–foot wide Approach Channel 3.7 mile Bay Channel that connects the Approach and Branch Channels 3.4 mile, 300–foot wide Branch Channel that connects the landside end of the main entrance (Bay) channel westward to the West Terminal (Dyers Point) 4.1 mile, 300-foot-wide Branch Channel that connects the landside end of the main entrance (Bay) channel eastward to the East Terminal (Bay Harbor)
