About St. Augustine Marine Center Home of the U.S. Customs & Border Protection National Marine Training Center In 2017, we rebuilt and opened our beautiful new paint building where we can repaint any vessel up to 110-feet long. In 2018, we're positioning ourselves to rebuild our Service Center from the ground up as well. If our size and experience doesn't impress you then perhaps the fact that our yard is also the sole location for the U.S. Customs & Border Protection National Marine Training Center. Since 2009, we've dedicated over 30,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities to the training center in order for them to train and develop our federal law enforcement officials on how to stand guard and protect our maritime borders against illegal activities with vigilance, integrity and professionalism. At St. Augustine Marine Center's huge 23-acre site, we've been servicing and building boats since the 1940s. Our current crew of tradesmen have over 300 years of combined experience within the marine industry. So whether you're a small boat seeking shelter from an impending storm or a larger vessel seeking a repower, refit, bottom job, or just want to make your boating dreams come true with a custom modification, we can do the job. We are Northeast Florida's full-service center for any marine need you may have. APPROACH Via the ICW at St. Augustine Inlet Proceed South to San Sebastian River, West to Marker 13A.
