The marina is the largest port administered by the state capital, Bregenz. It has 391 moorings in the water and 86 dry moorings. Water moorings are limited to 140 moorings for motorboats over 15 hp. The Hard Yacht Club was founded in 1926 by boating enthusiasts on the occasion of the laying of the "Ostner" keel as the HSC Harder Yacht Club.
