In 1972, Karl Hartmann laid the foundation stone for a traditional craft business. The one-man operation of the early years has become one of the largest privately run shipyards on the Austrian shores of Lake Constance. Located directly in the Harder harbour, we have been the contact for our customers for all work on the boat for decades. Lochau Osthafen

The banking administration of the municipality of Lochau manages two port facilities (east and west port), as well as dry berths. There are 177 berths in the eastern harbour. In addition, there are 15 guest water moorings and 38 dry moorings in the harbour. You can apply for a new mooring (primary residence in Lochau) by completing the application form and submitting it to the Lochau municipality bank administration, for which you have to pay a one-time registration fee. All applications are placed on a waiting list. Moorings are assigned by date based on the order in which payment of the registration fee is received. People whose primary residence is in Lochau are taken into account first when assigning berths.
