The bank administration of the municipality of Lochau manages two port facilities (east and west port) as well as dry berths. There are 96 berths in the west port. In addition, there are 15 water berths for guests and 38 dry berths in the harbour. You can apply for a new berth (main residence in Lochau) by filling out the application form and sending it to the bank administration of the municipality of Lochau, for which a one-off registration fee has to be paid. All applications are placed on a waiting list. The berths are allocated by date according to the order in which payment of the registration fee is received. People with their main residence in Lochau are taken into account first when allocating berths. The restaurant "Alte Fähre" and the harbor master's office with sinks and sanitary facilities are located on the quayside between the two docks of the harbor. The west port is suitable for smaller yachts, larger ships can be found in the east port. The western port is reached heading 0 °. When it is dark, the entrance glows red and green.
