Entry Timing Advice Ideal time to enter/leave: Around slack water (just before or after high/low tide) Entry is possible at all states of tide, but maneuvering is much easier during slack or early flood. Avoid arrival during peak ebb if you have limited engine power or a beamier boat (catamarans, for example). The port states: 'There are 2 thresholds at the entrance to the marina at a depth of -3.30 m NAP. This means that you often cannot get in or out of the harbour at low tide. In exceptional cases there can only be more than 1 meter of water above the thresholds.'

The Hansa marina is located on the starboard side of the Oosterschelde, immediately after the Goes lock. A quiet marina located in a beautiful nature reserve and close to the historic town of Goes. We are members of Hiswa and have flown the Blue Flag every year since 2001. The marina has capacity for approximately 270 permanent berths. In the port building, there is a water sports shop, the port office and tidy sanitary facilities for yacht owners. At the top of the port building there are 2 spacious apartments. These can be rented for recreational use. At the marina there is a large outdoor area with 3 sheds. The site and sheds are used for winter storage. Each year, space is offered here for about 270 yachts.

Hengelsport en Visvereniging De Zandkreek

Vereniging de Zandkreek has existed for 60 years and is located in Wolphaartsdijk, the center of water sports in Zeeland. The association represents the interests of both angling and professional fishing on the Veerse Meer and Oosterschelde. De Zandkreek has its own marina with 350 berths. Since 1973, the local water sports association, WSVE (Ellewoutsdijk Water Sports Association) has been in charge of operating the original agricultural harbor located in South Beveland. It is maintained by a corps of volunteers/members, supported by a group of two executive board members, four board members and harbor master. This is the former ferry port of the Hoedekenskerke - Terneuzen ferry service, which was converted by members into a small but fully equipped marina. Paal is a tidal port near Graauw on the Western Scheldt, 6 km SE of Walsoorden. The port is located on the edge of the beautiful nature reserve 'Verdronken Land van Saeftinghe'. The Water Sports Association has its two headquarters on the A side channel of the Ghent to Terneuzen Canal. It has 40 moorings and an area where a maximum of 35 yachts can be moored for maintenance. The association also has access to a mast crane and sanitary facilities with toilets and showers. This location is close to the centre of Terneuzen with all the necessary shops within a very short distance. This port is a perfect base of operations for the Belgian interior. The advantage of this association port is that you, as a guest, pay a modest mooring fee, because the association can keep its costs down through the self-activity of all members. The WSV t' Sas marina is located on the Ghent-Terneuzen canal, close to the Belgian border. The pleasant center of Sas van Gent is within walking distance. The port consists of a northern part and a southern part that is divided by the Oostpoortweg. Along the canal you can sail south to Belgian places like Zelzate and Ghent. To the north you will find Terneuzen and the Western Scheldt. The club port has a total of about 150 berths. The depth of the port (and the entrance) is 10 meters. As a passerby, you are very welcome in one of the ports. The facilities include sanitary facilities, water and electricity on the pontoons, combi pump for oil and waste water. In addition, there is a campsite, a swimming pool nearby, as well as various dining and shopping facilities.

Dokje van Perry is a small, sheltered, historic marina located in the heart of Vlissingen, directly connected to the inner city. It is often referred to as the "city marina", due to its proximity to the old town and maritime museum. Located at Tweede Binnenhavenweg, 4382 ZH Vlissingen, Netherlands Association for Boat Fishermen Western Scheldt and surroundings The association aims to represent the interests of anglers who use their own boats to search for fish. The letters VBC stand for Vis Boot Club (Fish Boat Club). VBC Deurloo explicitly does not want to compete with other marinas and other harbors in the region. Our mission is to offer our members good, usable, and safe facilities at a reasonable price. We try to achieve this by, among other things, having our members carry out as much of the work on our jetties and accommodations as possible themselves. We also help each other out when necessary with problems, for example, with the boat. This is good for your wallet and for building relationships! (Although good spots are only shared sparingly, but a true fisherman will understand this.) We are therefore primarily looking for new members who not only ask what the association can offer them, but also what they can and want to offer the association.
