Berths in Särkä Särkä has berths with both stern buoy moorings and berths. Vacancies can be inquired at the Seafarers' Office. The berths are for club members. Docking With Särk, it is possible to store the boat both outdoors and indoors in a floored cold shed. The boathouse is ideal for winter storage of traditional wooden boats. The Särkä dock is a traditional tow dock. The yard's operations are the responsibility of the shipyard master, who also handles the lifting and landing of the boats together with the owner of the boat. The companions also have a mast crane and a smaller so-called H-Boat crane, with which a small boat can be lowered and lifted independently. Passage to Särkä The breakwater is transported by a connecting boat, which operates regularly every twenty minutes to an hour during the boating season, depending on the time of day and the time of year. The service of the connecting boat will usually start as soon as the ice closes in April, and the service will continue until October.
