Luka Sukosan

The port of Sukošan covers 46,867 m 2, of which the land area is 3,819 m 2, and the sea area is 43,048 m 2. The port of Sukosan has an operational part of the port located on a pier 25 m long. The boat can be moored to a 100 m long pier. The depths of the sea are 2.5 m at the head of the pier and fall to 1 m in the southern part. Most berths are occupied by local vessels (municipal berth), and over 10 are available for transit traffic. We enter the port from the west or northwest. There are no specialties when sailing from the northwest, but when sailing from the west we must pay attention to the shallows on Cape Podvara. If you do not find a free berth in the port, you can anchor northeast or west of the port at depths between 2 and 5. Southwest of the port are the remains of an old fortress. The depth of the sea south of the fort is below 1 m, and in other directions from 2-3 m, and they are suitable for anchoring. There is sand at the bottom and the anchor holds up well. The nearest petrol station is in the marina Dalmacija, which is only 0.7 nmi north of the port. There are many inns, shops and bars nearby.
