Lučica Torpedo
Small fishing port
The port area consists of the coastal land part and the associated water area.
By transferring the borders of the port area to the cadastral plan, it follows that the land part of the port area consists of the cadastral parcels of KO Cres, namely: 5296 part, 2652 part, 2055 part, 2056 part, 2390 part and 3773 part. The ownership of the plots is registered as public property - coast and roads.
The port consists of an operational main wharf, an operational waterfront, protective wharves (eastern and western), quays for boats and a plateau for servicing boats.
The operational main pier is 120 meters long, 12 meters wide, 4 to 7 meters deep along the pier, and has the capacity to moor 2 large ships or more small ones, depending on the size. The operational coast is 65 meters long, with a depth of 3.5 to 4 meters along the coast and the capacity to moor 1 large or 3 smaller ships.
The protective piers (eastern and western) are 20 and 70 meters long, respectively. On the inside, they are used for mooring boats, while the outside is used to protect the water area and seasonally moor boats.
The shores for mooring boats have a total length of 550 meters, a depth of 1 to 3 meters and a mooring capacity including protective jetties for 240 boats.
The boat servicing platform is 500 m 2 in size .
The operational main wharf, the operational shore, the protective wharves and the shores for boats are of massive stone and concrete construction and are in relatively good condition for use. The operational main wharf, especially its surface made of stone pavement, is in a state of disrepair due to the time of use and access by heavy vehicles.
The harbor is equipped with mooring devices, a harbor light and a 3-ton crane for boats. Furthermore, the port is connected to the road, water supply, electricity and telephone. In the immediate vicinity there is a shipyard and a fuel supply station.
