LATEST NEWS AS OF 4/30/24: The US Coast Guard has announced that recreational boaters can ENTER and EXIT the Baltimore Harbor Friday, May 3rd. Traffic will be one-way at a time during two periods: on Friday, May 3rd, OUTBOUND transits will be permitted in the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and INBOUND transits will be permitted from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Unified Command or Captain of the Port may cancel this opportunity at any time for safety reasons. Boaters who access the channel during this time should use VHF Channel 16 and 81A while transiting the area.
