Location: Sir Leslie Thiess Drive, Townsville QLD 4810 Berths: 325 berths (10m–45m). Fuel Wharf: 24-hour dual-sided, 8 bowsers (diesel hi-/mid-/low-flow, unleaded). Ice & gas refills available. Radio Monitoring: VHF Channels 10 & 16 (Marina staff monitor 8am–5pm). Payments: EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard. Office Hours: 8am–5pm daily (including weekends). Arrival & Check-in Contact the office on 07 4721 2233 or VHF Ch. 10 before arrival. Staff can assist with docking at the fuel wharf. On arrival, bring vessel registration & insurance certificates to the office. Provide vessel length, docking preference, shorepower needs, and beam if unusually wide. After Hours Arrival: Pre-arrange berth by phone/email. Email insurance certificate & credit card details. Keys and details collected next day at office. Access Keys: Required for piers and amenities. Issued against credit card details. Check-out: 10:00 am unless arranged otherwise. Return access keys, adaptors, plugs. Collect or redirect mail. Finalise account. On Arrival: Display Q Flag (yellow) until cleared. Stay onboard until cleared by Customs & Quarantine. Waste, food, and animals must remain secured until inspected.
