Wind Point Harbor, located at 1000 Harbor Point Ct, Winneconne, WI 54986, United States. The harbor has been a place for fun and relaxation for many families and boat owners through the years. Since its inception, the harbor has gone through many physical changes, like the addition of permanent piers and the building of the in-ground pool. The harbor has 67 privately owned slips and all the owners are members of the Wind Pointe Harbor Condominium Association. The association has an elected Board of Governors to facilitate the financial and physical aspects of the harbor. The harbor is located just South of Winneconne, WI on the Wolf River between Lake Winneconne and Lake Butte Des Mortes. This waterway is part of the Lake Winnebago watershed system in central Wisconsin. The area has flourished into a great vacation and holiday area, with many places to visit by water and spend time at. Slips for Rent Information The slips for rent ("boating condominiums") in the harbor are listed by the owners of these slips. If you are interested in renting a slip, please contact the listed contact via the method provided. These are listed at the sole discretion of the owner and any information regarding these slips should be directed to the listed contact. Renting a slip allows access to facilities located at the harbor such as the pool, pool house showers and bathrooms, washer and dryer, yard/common areas, Travel Lift for boats, raw waste pump out for boats, and shore power and water connections for your boat. There are several rules and regulations regarding the use of these, and renters are encouraged to read and understand them prior to using these amenities. It is required that all vessel carry insurance and provide proof of insurance to the Harbor Board Please make sure to schedule a time to meet with the owner listed below before coming to the harbor to view any of these slips, and have them accompany you while you visit. While everyone at the harbor is quite friendly and happy to help, this is a private harbor and private property, and we don't appreciate trespassers.
