About Norrland Resort

Norrland common grounds are spacious and provide great views of Green Bay. Large shade trees help keep the heat down on hot summer days. An ample number of picnic tables are available throughout the grounds. Most cottages have a charbroiler available for you to have a "cook-out picnic" when you don't want to be stuck in a summer kitchen. We have been a second home to many families and groups of fishing enthusiasts over the years and they keep coming back "home" each year. Coming by boat? Call 920-883-9033 for permission to dock. You must be a guest of the Norrland the entire time you are docked at our harbor. This is an insurance requirement. Closest commercial airport is Green Bay, WI, Austin Straubel (GRB KGRB). Closest airport for private aircraft is Ephraim-Fish Creek (3D2). Norrland Motel has four units available for rental when we open. See the owner's descriptions of their accommodations on this page. norrlandresort.org/tour-the-cottages-and-rooms-for-rent Camping, tents, trailers, RVs, or other sleeping conveyances: Are not allowed on our property. No sleeping on boats in the harbor is allowed by guests. Boat trailers: Must be stored off our property, the town of Ellison Bay provides storage of trailers north of Norrland at the fire station property. The village provides this at no charge. Boat slips: Are assigned. Owners have priority. Renters will be assigned a slip by management. If you want to swap with someone else who is renting and you both agree, let the manager know your wishes. Boats are assigned by size. Sleeping on your boat is not allowed. Marine shore power: Is turned off at daylight as a safety precaution. Electric service is on at night for boat recharge and required navigation laws.
