Moor at the Seaport Our docks are available for transient moorage. Effective November 15, the docks are winterized so water is not available, however electricity is available. If you choose to stay, please practice social distancing and take extra care! Read more about our docks below. The Foss Waterway Seaport offers 1,200 lineal feet of affordable side-tie moorage with power and water available. Moorage payments can be made using envelopes available at the top of the South gangway. Drop payment at museum or in payment box on east side of building. Up to a four hour stay is free. For moorage information, call (253) 272-2750. Our moorage is subject to wakes from passing boats, so be sure you are well fendered. Public restrooms are not available. Garbage receptacles are at the top of the gangways placed intermittently along the esplanade.
