If you're looking for a marina in Galveston that's close to the Gulf of Mexico, GYM is your best bet. To reserve a transient slip, please get in touch with the marina. The cost for transient wet slip storage is $3.00 per foot per night. However, please note that we only reserve short-term transient dockage two days prior to your arrival date if your stay is less than a month. Upon entering the marina, yachtsmen can contact us on channel 16 or by phone and proceed to the fuel dock to tie up. A staff member with a golf cart will meet transients at the fuel dock and escort them to the office to sign the lease contract, provide insurance and make payment. Our leasing staff will then assign a slip to the boater. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, a marina staff member will show you to your assigned slip by golf cart.
