Manitou Beach Marina

LOCATION: Manitou Beach Marina is located off the Lake Ontario State Parkway in the Town of Greece at the Manitou Beach Road exit. The marina is located directly on Braddock Bay, and provides access to Lake Ontario. DOCK SLIPS: The marina was dredged out during the 2019 season and offers 100 slips on a floating dock system. All slips have potable water connections and low intensity lighting at night, as well as 30 amp shore power hookups. Restrooms are provided in the former restaurant building via key fobs provided to boaters. AMENITIES: The marina features plenty of well-lit parking for both cars and trailers. We do not have fuel on site, but the town owned marina across the bay and Braddock Bay Tavern (up Salmon Creek) both offer fuel for sale. FUTURE PLANS: We will be removing and rebuilding the eastern half of the restaurant as soon as we can obtain the necessary permits. We poured the low halves for two new launch ramps that will be completed when we remove the old building to minimize equipment mobilization. Paving for the parking lots can be completed in Summer 2021 after the foundation for the replacement building is completed. We are also planning to renovate and partially rebuild the former restaurant this year. We want to provide separate restrooms/showers and a marina office for boaters while the rest of the building will be reopened as a restaurant.
