Hyde Park Marina

The Hyde Park Marina is located just off Route 9, on the border of the Town of Poughkeepsie and the Village of Hyde Park, NY. We are situated between Marist College to the south and the Culinary Institute of America to the north. The marina is only minutes from the Poughkeepsie Train Station. It is 75 miles north of NYC and 75 miles south of Albany. The charted location of the marina is: 41 degrees, 44.2 minutes North Latitude by 073 degrees, 56.3 minutes West longitude. The official chart number is #12347, named “Hudson River-Wappinger Creek to Hudson – Left Panel.” The marina is located on the East bank of the Hudson River, approximately 60 NM from both New York City and Albany, NY Heading north, it can be plotted from Red Marker “60” north of the Mid-Hudson Bridge, set a course of “030 t” for 1.5 NM. Heading south, the marina is located 2 miles south of Red Marker “62A”, around the bend at Crum Elbow on NOAA Chart #12347. From New York City: Take the Major Deegan Expressway North (turns into the NYS Thruway) to Newburgh Exit # 17 to Rt 84 East. Cross the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Exit Rt 9 North, Fishkill. Continue on Rt 9 for 15 miles, turn left onto River Point Road, follow to Marina. From New Jersey: Cross George Washington Bridge to Henry Hudson parkway North to Sawmill Parkway North to Taconic State Parkway North. Exit 55 West Poughkeepsie, Rt 55 West to Rt 9 North Hyde Park. Travel for 5 miles, turn left onto River Point Road, follow to Marina. From Albany: NYS Thruway South to New Paltz Exit #18. Follow Rt 299 to Rt 9W South. Cross Mid-Hudson Bridge and take first exit to Rt 9, north to Hyde Park. Travel for 5 miles, turn left onto River Point Road, follow to Marina.
