Anchor Resort is located on the southwest end of Little Sodus Bay, in the village of Fair Haven. Our lodging units include 4 unique cottages and 4 double wide modular homes. We also offer an oversize brick Victorian house on our property, which is available for rent by the week. All of our accommodations are only a short walk to the water’s edge. We offer the convenience of on-site dockage at our marina when you stay with us. We have a 40 slip Marina which can accommodate both large and small boats. Twenty-eight of the slips are supplied with power and water. Gas, oil, marine needs and ice are available for your convenience. Boat Hauling and Haulout Overwidth to 12.6 feet and weight to 14,000 lbs. Boat repairs and maintenance is available. Dry and winter storage is available on the grounds. New inside storage facility now available. Shrink wrapping is also available on or off location. Seasonal and weekly dockage is available
