We strive to provide a comfortable, healthy, and safe environment for all guests to enjoy the scenic beauty and recreational opportunities that Flathead Lake and the surrounding area offer. We take pride in being an alcohol-free campground, ensuring that all visitors can fully immerse themselves in the tranquil ambiance we provide. In an effort to cater to the needs of the people residing in the Flathead Reservation and the wider community, we operate on a fair and equitable first-come, first-served basis. The fees collected help cover only a portion of the total costs required for personnel staffing, grounds operation and maintenance, and improvements. Peak Season Dates: May 1 - September 30 Off-Season Dates: October 1 - April 30 Blue Bay recognizes Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Members only. We do not host Wake Surf boats. Special arrangements must be made prior to booking for boats 22' in length and greater. Lake Five is 151.8 acres and 62 feet deep at the deepest point. The warm water in summer attracts swimmers and paddlers, as well as motorboat sport enthusiasts. Be aware that Lake Five is often crowded during peak season. Shore erosion from boat wave action is a growing concern among the Lake Five community. We ask that our guests refrain from bringing wake surf boats to Lake Five Resort. By State mandate, Jet Skis are not permitted on Lake Five. Boaters must adhere to Montana state regulations. – Counterclockwise travel, 200 foot “no wake zone” from docks, swim platforms, and shore.
