About Deephaven Marina-Carson Bay
YOU MUST OWN OR RENT RESIDENTIAL DEEPHAVEN PROPERTY, RESIDE IN DEEPHAVEN BETWEEN MAY 15TH AND OCTOBER 1ST, AND BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 IN ORDER TO SIGN UP ON A DEEPHAVEN MOORING WAITING LIST. Please Note: Per City Ordinance, property owners take priority to renters on all mooring wait lists. Renters who are assigned a mooring are assigned that space for one boating season only and are not guaranteed a space the following year unless there are no property owners requesting that type of space. The City of Deephaven provides many boating opportunities for its residents. Two public launches are available at Carson’s Bay and St. Louis Bay. The Carson’s Bay Launch is open year-round. The St. Louis Bay Launch, due to its proximity to Deephaven Beach, closes during the swimming season from approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day. The City also provides 94 dock slips, 15 shore spaces, 53 buoys, 81 b2 slides, 20 b1 slides, 8 street end slides and 48 canoe racks for city residents. These facilities are located at Carson’s Bay and St. Louis Bay, with the 8 street end slides located in Cottagewood. These facilities are available to residents, subject to their placement on a waiting list for each type of amenity. Please call Deborah Hicks at (952) 474-4755 with any questions you may have. Amenity: Dock Slips, Buoys, Shore Space, B2 Slides, B1 Slides, Street End B2 Slides, Street End B2 Slides. https://cdn.townweb.com/cityofdeephaven.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/MARINA-WAITING-LIST-INFORMATION.pdf
