The area of Waialua Bay at Hale‘iwa is defined by lines drawn 100 yards parallel to the Hale‘iwa Harbor Breakwater and 100 yards parallel to the Hale‘iwa Beach Groin. Inland, the area is bounded by a line ten yards downstream and parallel to the Anahulu Bridge. Fishing in this area is allowed with one line or one rod and line, with no more than two hooks, for any legal size fish in season. Crabs
