About The Marina at Pier 39

PIER 39 Marina is long term tenant focused; as of 2020 we do not offer regular daily or overnight guest docking. Rental Slips: Yes, We have berths available. When your application is accepted, we will give you a list of available slips. We have several 36′-40′ slips available for rent, and a couple of 45′ slips. Larger slips generally have a short waitlist. We are seeing an uptick in applications as things open up- submit yours today for the best location! Always check your currents and tides before entering the marina. Prevailing winds are N-NW along the waterfront. Winds generally are lighter in the morning, making docking easier.
