Bayshore Apartments and Newport Marina

Newport Marina, (formerly Swales marina) was the first marina in Newport Harbor. It features 56 boat slips and side ties that can accommodate boats up to 65 ft. Slip rent includes power and water hookups, and twice a month pump outs. There is also storage rack space available for kayaks, dinghys and paddleboards. The marina amenities include gated access and security cameras, as well as restrooms and showers, and ample parking for larger vehicles. There are additional storage lockers available.
