LOS Marine AS

is a shipping service company at Rubbestadneset in Hordaland, with over 50 highly qualified employees and over a hundred years of proud tradition behind it. The company was established in 2014 when the LOS Group acquired the Wärtsilä Ship Service Department at Rubbestadneset. LOS Marine is part of the LOS Group, a Bømlo-based group consisting of around ten companies with approximately 300 employees. Our ship service constitutes a significant part of the business of the LOS Group, and the local anchorage has given a strong sense of ownership and motivation among our LOS Marine employees. As a member of the NMEC cluster in Rubbestadneset, we work closely with Wärtsilä and other talented players, so we can provide our customers with the best possible total service on their vessels. DEEP-WATER QUAYS, FLOATING DOCK AND SLIPWAY At Rubbestadneset we have a total of 450 meters of deep-water quays, floating dock and slipway, where services such as bottom treatment, sandblasting of tanks, high pressure flushing, repairs and paint jobs can be performed.
