The harbor has 371 berths. There are currently no vacancies in the port. The places are not freely negotiable and are distributed according to waiting lists. You can register as a co-applicant by using the menu option Apply for a berth. There is an annual waiting list fee of NOK 300. An invoice will be sent out in January. Failure to pay 30 days after due date automatically results in deletion from the waiting list.
When you are allocated a berth, and have made up for it, you then change the status from waiting list to co-operative member. Your rights and obligations as either a co-applicant, co-operative member or tenant are mentioned in the port's articles of association and regulations and possibly the lease agreement with the port.

The harbor is video-monitored and members can watch the harbor live from several cameras. Unitholders will be given a username and password to be able to connect to the camera solution by contacting the general manager of the port.
