About Marina 4 S.P.A.

MOORING FOR 450 BOATS IN THE WATER AND 80 SHORE BOATS Entering the mouth of the Livenza you enter Marina 4 for a passage equipped with vinciane doors that protect the dock from any adverse weather conditions, thus making it absolutely safe in any season and in any weather. The dock of Marina 4 is able to accommodate over 450 boats from 4 to 25 meters , in a body of water of about 50,000 square meters . with a depth of 3.50 meters , in the fresh waters of the Livenza river, healthy for the good maintenance of the engines and hulls of the boats. The 450 moorings , all equipped with columns for the supply of water and electricity, are distributed in13 easy access piers , connected to each other by an internal perimeter path, in the shade of maritime pines between green and flowered areas. Guardian is ensured every day of the year; the area, protected by a fence, is accessible to guests through 13 doors , automatically controlled by a pass provided by Marina 4. TRANSIT BOATS For boats in transit, entry from the sea is made orderly and discreet due to the presence, in the the heart of the dock, a welcome dock , from which, on the advice of the quay staff, individual boats can find suitable accommodation. MOORINGS ON THE GROUND For the more delicate boats, Marina 4 offers an exclusive mooring on land, including hauling and launching on request: for this option there is an allocation, between large and small, of 45 places in the shed and 35 places in the yard . The entrance to the World icon.png river Livenza 45°35.129'N, 012°52.090'E is protected by two 500-metre long converging breakwaters The entrance is prone to silting and depths are currently (June 2015) around 3.0 - 3.5 metres at low water. Entry should therefore only be attempted close to high water and on a rising tide and never in strong onshore winds. Beware of the seasonal ferry (April - September) that exits the river at speed. Marina 4 is situated 400 metres upstream on the port side of the channel. Access is along a narrow channel through a pair of lock gates (used to maintain depths in the marina) with a width of 7.4 metres. Depths in the channel can be as little as 2.5 metres at low water springs.
