The Mediterranea Yachting Club is at the southern end of the Porto Nuovo (new harbour), the outer, eastern basin of Catania harbour, on a triangular quay immediately to starboard of the entrance. Shelter here is poor in strong SE winds.

The small private marina of Club Nautico Catania is situated in the port of Catania on the E coast of Sicily. The marina offers 40 berths for yachts up to 25.0 metres in depths of 10.0 metres.
The Club Nautico operates a 50 metre-long, T-shaped pontoon at the north end of the Porto Vecchio, the western, inner basin of Catania harbour. The other, larger pontoon in the Porto Vecchio, just to the left in the picture, belongs to the Diporto Nautico Etnea club.
There is normally someone on the pontoon to assist with mooring during the season. If space is available, visitors are normally berthed on the outside of the T.
The Club Nautico is at the north end of the Porto Vecchio (old harbour), the inner, western basin of Catania harbour, about 600 metres from the cathedral and old town.

Dangers: from May to September fog banks with prevailing SE winds; it is dangerous to stop in the immediate vicinity of the port; pay attention to the fishing boats leaving the port from 00.00 to 4.00 and entering from 13.00 to 18.00.

Our history
Lorenzo and Paolo , founding members of Lomar International Marine , are two brothers who, since 1984, have been dealing with the management of small and large boats, from winter storage to summer mooring .

The two have always been driven by their passion for the sea as they are also very old sailors , in particular  Lorenzo who, since 2014, has brought home the winter champion trophy of Gallura with his crew of "I vezzi mie" . Paolo , a former motorcyclist racer and a great motorcycle enthusiast , has always followed and taken care of the world of marine engines . Today Lomar has in fact, for over 30 years, the most important official Yamaha dealer .

Since 1984 the long history of Lomar begins with the construction of wind-surf boards in Olbia and the management of all the nautical activities of the Hotel La Marmorata in S. Teresa di Gallura , a holiday village with 3,000 beds. Then comes the management of the port of Palumbalza , also known as Porto Oro , a small marina with only 40 berths, very exclusive part of the area of ​​the Luxury Hotel Palumbalza .

The excellent work done and results obtained at the port of Palumbalza allows Lomar to become an established company and leader in the fast expanding sector . In fact 8 years later, in 1992, the experience and professionalism of Lomar was chosen for the management of the Marina di Asfodeli . For two years Lomar maintains the management of both navies. In 1994 he decided to abandon Palumbalza to concentrate on the expansion project of the Marina di Asfodeli . Subsequently in 2006, Lomar acquired the Marina exclusively.

Thanks to the vast clientele that the Marina has acquired in recent years, becoming an important reference point on the Costa Smeralda , in 2008 an important redevelopment of the port begins : the pier is completely demolished and then rebuilt in special African woods ( Azobè, Iroko and Yellow Balau ).

140 berths are available (inside from 5 to 30 m, outside from 15 to 30 m), water depth by the docks is up to 12 meters. 20 buoys placed in front of the outer pier provide external mooring;
boats with a maximum length of 50m and a maximum draft of 7m are permitted to moor;
boats can access the harbour 24 hours a day, mooring assistance is available from 8 am to 8 pm;
the marina has a complete range of services for users;
boat speed must not exceed 3 knots within a radius of 50 m from the entrance of the harbour and within it;
all boats entering and leaving the harbour must contact the Maritime Authority via VHF channel 74 or by telephone..

In keeping with the need to maintain the coastal ecosystem unchanged and in order to preserve the excellent condition of its sea, the marina of Cala Gavetta is equipped with a system for collecting the waste produced by boats.

Situated in a strategic position, in the middle of the southern coast of Sardinia, Marina di Capitana is made up of 480 berths from 4 to 27 meters which can be rented, for short or long periods, or bought. In addition, owners of boats within the 7 mt in length may choose a contract of land storage with the use of the slipway to them exclusively reserved.
The total area measures about 85.000 sq mts, 20.000 of which are used as parking areas for cars or for crafts on cradles, the boatyard with travel lift, parking and the main building, where are the offices, a bar and restaurant, and complementary activities at the port.
Each berth is provided with water tap and electric plug hosted in power pedestals located on the wharfs and piers. The harbour has a fire-fighting system, a fuel stationworking the whole year,  and ecological area suitable for disposal of used oil and lead batteries: the attention paid to the environment has often allowed to qualify as a Blue Flag by FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education).  
The port access is controlled by a priority cards and CCTV cameras.

Small and delightful Cala, hidden on the island of La Maddalena, in the north-eastern part of Sardinia. The seabed is sandy and rocky and the depths reach up to 3 meters. In Cala Stagnali it is forbidden to dock at the military quay.

The seabed, from one and a half to three meters deep, is muddy. The port of Cala Bitta hosts 183 berths with a maximum length of 27 metres. In the port, the quays are illuminated, equipped with toilets, car parking and personnel in charge of mooring and guarding; the services offered in Cala Bitta are, in addition to the water and power outlets, the fixed crane up to 25 t, the possibility of outdoor storage, the engine workshop. 
In the Gulf of Arzachena , in a natural inlet, is the port of Cala Bitta , protected by the islet of Mucchi Bianchi and Punta di Li Cossi. Inside the cove there is a 120-metre masonry pier with a hammer head, oriented to NW, equipped with mooring bollards. Access to the cove is continuous, but you have to pay attention to the shallows emerging at the entrance.

The small port is protected by an elbow breakwater with four wharf arms still under construction and by a large breakwater, both signaled at the end by two lanterns. Internally there is a dock which houses two fixed docks and one floating.

A 30,000 square meter stretch of water forms the basin for 270 berths ranging in size from 6 to 20 meters.

The mooring places are built on floating docks in aluminum with a decking surface in ecological WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), equipped with lateral "fingers" to ensure maximum accessibility to the boat and greater ease of mooring.
Each berth is equipped with a 220 V electrical socket (from 16 to 32 A depending on the size of the boat moored) and a drinking water socket, as well as free Wi Fi connection.
Convenient courtesy trolleys for the transfer of equipment from the car to the boat, bicycle racks, and special containers for collecting used oil, engine filters and flat batteries are available on the quay.
The port is equipped with firefighting systems, video surveillance and the equipment necessary to face environmental emergencies.
Every day and, in high season, several times a day, separate waste collection is carried out at each pier.

La Darsena was born in 2008, occupies a natural site already used by the Serenissima, close to the fort of the "Lupa" and the ancient "Murazzi" which completely protect it from the prevailing winds.

Built with floating bridges, it is adjacent to the mouth of the port of Chioggia and the beach of Sottomarina, in its historic center. Equipped with a restaurant with solarium made entirely of wood on stilts from which you can enjoy fascinating sunsets over the lagoon. The historic center of the city of Chioggia is the backdrop.

It can accommodate 500 boats of various sizes up to 30mt, with maximum comfort.
