The club area with the YCRM clubhouse built in 1968 is located on the left bank of the Moselle at 4.0 km directly over the Kurt-Schumacher-Bridge. The restaurant for members, friends, acquaintances and all other water sports enthusiasts is located on the top floor of the clubhouse. In the warmer months, the terrace is also cultivated directly on the Moselle. Shorter opening hours apply in winter months. Facilities are available for private celebrations in consultation with the board of directors and the club host. There are usually enough parking spaces on the club premises. For friends and acquaintances, the parking lot P + R Metternich 2 below the Kurt-Schumacher-Brücke, directly adjacent to the club area, can be used as a parking lot. Trailer and car parking spaces are available on the YCRM site for a fee. Due to the season or event, there may be occasional bottlenecks in the parking space. The club offers around 120 floating docks for the club members' boats. Longshoremen are also kept free for guest sailors (maximum 9 m in length). The sanitary facilities are located in the club building. Land moorings are also available for sailing and motor boats. After prior consultation with the harbor master, a 4-ton crane can be used to crane ships with the help of a trained crane operator. A slipway is available to allow smaller boats to enter the water.
