Beautiful, modern, and ecological, it is a key attraction in the region. For several years, the port has been awarded the Blue Flag and the Clean Port label, and it belongs to the European network of Natura 2000 sites, for its involvement in the conservation of wild fauna and flora species. The marina is also a fishing and shellfish port. A tasting of freshly caught shellfish and fish at the kiosks, accompanied by a white wine from the neighboring estate...and time seems to stand still. Ahoy, sailor! Access to the port is via the Aude River via the channel located at Vendres-Plage. Upon arrival at the port, you will need to park on pontoon J bis and report to the harbor master's office. Navigation Entrance lights: access from the Aude: Coast W/pier head of the dike (43°12'7N-003°14'5 E) FI.R 4s5M; Coast E FI(2) G.6s 8M; Port beacon (stake with r.cyl. light) not illuminated; NW/dike E light extinguished.
