About Port de Gallician
A true “natural” stopover, this small port with 38 berths, 10 of which are reserved for stopovers, with the Accueil Vélo label, enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the Grand Site of France in the Camargue Gardoise, at the foot of the Costières and their vineyards. Located in the hamlet of Gallician, a place of Camargue traditions, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the authentic Petite Camargue. Cycle touring loops, ViaRhôna, greenways, mountain biking trails, GR 653 on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, GR 42 from Pilat to the Mediterranean, trails in the heart of the ponds of the Scamandre Regional Nature Reserve, or even more than 120 km of Signposted trails accessible to all public labeled Gard Pleine Nature await you from the port. While you are sporty, rather leaning towards Nature, gourmet and gourmet, or even keen to discover the Camargue traditions, the Heart of Petite Camargue Tourist Office and the port have concocted ideas for stopovers and discovery departing from the port which will take you to discover the Camargue Gardoise and its riches.
