Bienvenue sur le site tourisme de Seine-et-Marne Attractivité
Paris, Arsenal River Seine PK 168
This a fabulous place to see Paris from. It is right by the Place de la Bastille and 10 minutes walk from Nôtre Dame. With a bike, central Paris is on your doorstep and Paris is becoming a really bike-friendly city. There are also Metro stations at both ends of the marina. This is a full service marina with water, electricity, laundry, WiFi and even a small chandlery. The rates are surprisingly reasonable. Entrance is through a lock. There used to be a waiting pontoon but it has now been taken over by Paris emergency services and it is forbidden to tie up there. Call the marina on VHF 09 to be let in (usually takes about 10 minutes). If no answer try phoning on +33 1 43 41 39 32. In any case it is very advisable to call ahead a day or so before hand and book your place. Restaurants, bars and fuel all short walk away. There is a largish Monoprix supermarket on Rue St Antoine.
