About Puerto Haina Occidental
HIT (Haina International Terminals) is the port operating company that manages and develops the Río Haina Port. HIT, with purely Dominican capital, carries out its activities with the objective of Facilitating International Trade in the Dominican Republic. Puerto Río Haina is a world-class multipurpose port that handles logistics processes related to the loading, unloading and dispatch of all types of containerized merchandise, as well as loose, solid, liquid and gas cargo. The high levels of security, the privileged geographical location, the infrastructure improvements, combined with a specialized and dedicated customer service, have allowed HIT to develop a unique port service offer for the Dominican Republic.
