The Marina Gaviota Las Brujas is located on the small island nammed Cayo Las Brujas (Witches Island). It's for now the only marina in the resort destination "Cayos de Villa Clara" (which includes Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Ensenachos, and Cayo Las Brujas), so every nautical excursions depart from this marina.
This is also where the Dive Centre is located, and the Fishing Base. Note that this is a "charter" marina, not an international marina, visiting boats are not allowed.

It's a modern marina (built in 2002) with all the facilities: a 48-meter dock, catamarans, fishing boats, dive boats, dive shop, speed boats, kayaks, snack bar, etc.

MARINA MARLIN CHAPELÍN DE VARADERO

Official Port of Entry. This marina has been rebuilt and extended since 2014 and is now Cuba’s most modern marina with 1400 slips. Max draft 3m. Note that alongside berthing is restricted. The majority of boats Med-moor here.

All facilities, showers, laundry, bar and restaurant, Wi-fi available for $2 CUC/hour (buy your cards at the front desk of the Melia). Dive centre. Facilities are good and well appointed but scattered all around the marina so a bike is useful!

Prices here have tripled since the start of 2016. Berthing now includes water and electricity.

This marina is located in the Bautista Bay (Ensenada Bautista), on the north-eastern coast of Cayo Coco, a few kilometres south-east of the hotels located on Playa Las Coloradas (Sol and Melia Cayo Coco, Pullman Cayo Coco); see the interactive map below (blue markers). It’s a charter marina, smaller than the one in Cayo Guillermo. They offer a wide variety of nautical excursions, such as: full and half-day catamaran cruises, diving and snorkelling excursions, fishing excursions, and private boat charters.
