LIVIN' THE BAY LIFE The Sandboy Marina has been greeting locals and tourists at the entrance to Long Point since the 1950’s. My family has owned and operated the Sandboy since 1989 and now together, Robyn and I have decided to make it a passion of our own. Long Point Bay is known for its excellent bass, pike and perch fishing. Prevailing south westerly winds and the protection provided by the Long Point Peninsula to the south make it a great bay for all types of water sports as well. In the fall and winter months, Long Point offers World Class Waterfowl Hunting and Ice Fishing. ​ The Sandboy Marina is located on the west side of the Inner Bay on Highway 59 just as you enter Long Point. We have 72 Seasonal sites, many of which are Park Models, and many are also waterfront sites. In total we have 160 slips including both boathouses and open docks. We have the best ramp in Long Point offering boaters the opportunity to enjoy the day out on the Bay. We also have a Gas Dock and a Convenience Store on site. Some of the destinations that are close at hand include Pottahawk Point, Bluff’s Bar, Long Point Lighthouse, Turkey Point and Port Dover. ​ Please feel free to stop by the Sandboy Marina anytime to see what we offer and say hello!
