Lady's Island Marina

Lady's Island Marina in Beaufort, South Carolina, is known for its natural beauty, convenient location, and friendly management. We are located on the protected waters of Factory Creek, less than 1/2 mile from the ICW. Slips are available for transient and long-term rentals. There is an 8' depth at low tide on protected Factory Creek. The marina is 1/2 mile from the ICW and not subject to ICW wakes. When entering and leaving Factory Creek, charts clearly show deeper water closer to the bridge and further away from G1. You want to be 2/3 of the way or more to the west side of the channel, closer to the bridge for 8 feet of water MLW. Give G1 a lot of room or you will see under 6 feet of water MLW. There are boats anchored in the creek - navigate closer to the boats and farther from the markers for the deepest water.
