Sawmill Bay Marina

Sawmill Bay Marina is a 42-slip facility located on the shores of beautiful Lake George, New York. The marina was purchased by Buzz & Cheryl Lamb in 1996. Since that time the Lamb's have made several improvements to the 4 1/2 acre facility. In 1999 a 4,800 square foot rack storage building was erected on the property and a new parking lot was designed to accommodate over 50 vehicles. Restrooms with coin-operated showers are available 24/7 for member's use. The facility is open to members and their guests only and all vehicles must display a valid parking permit. The boating season runs from May 15 to October 15 each year. Indoor and outdoor winter storage is available for boats up to 30-feet. Summer trailer storage is available for members at an additional cost of $150. for the season. Picnic tables are available for member's use but no open fires are allowed on the property. A dumpster is provided for member's use. There are no electric or water hook-ups on the docks. We are located in a very protected area of Sawmill Bay which is zoned NO WAKE. Boaters are encouraged to add fenders or bumpers at their discretion. We have a waiting list for seasonal dockspace. In addition, we have one transient slip available at the flat rate of $75. per night for up to a 24-foot boat. Our seven docks can accommodate six boats each (three on each side) and the fees are based on location; Near the Seawall (closest to shore), Middle space or End of the dock.
