Dockside Clubhouse: A luxurious dockside clubhouse is planned, offering a resort-style pool for relaxation and recreation. Boat Storage: A secure boat storage building will be available, providing 154 slips. Each home site includes one slip for convenient boat storage. Traditional Marina: In addition to the secure storage, the marina will have 83 wet slips available for immediate access to the water.
