Palmer Landing

Private Marina Palmer Landing Marina is located in the Shippan area of Stamford, approximately one mile south of downtown and within convenient distance to most of the attractions which Stamford has to offer, including restaurants, bars, shopping (retail and grocery). The marina is located in a private community with parking, refuse disposal, and other amenities. Amenities include private bathrooms and shower area, refuse disposal, shared BBQ area, key-code entry gate, friendly gated community for residents and boaters. The marina is located on the inland side of a harbor gate and seawall complex which closes during storm/hurricane events, providing protection during inclement weather. Bubblers are activated during winter at designated slips, protecting against ice build-up. Slips are wide for easy docking.
