Tielse W.V. De Waal

The attractive marina of Tielse Watersportvereniging De Waal is located on the beautiful river Waal, in the middle between the main cities of Nijmegen and Gorinchem. When sailing from Nijmegen or the Amsterdam-Rhine canal, the port is located just before the Waalkade of Tiel on the starboard side. The fully equipped port is located 100 meters from the heart of the fruit-growing town of Tiel, with its old historical buildings, the pretty shopping center, many cozy restaurants and interesting cultural facilities. Tiel is located in the center of the Betuwe, making it also a wonderful base for cycling and walking tours through the beautiful Gelderland countryside.
