PORT RADIO SERVICES Vladivostok Port Control use VHF 16 and 67. MARINAS, BERTHING OR ANCHORAGE Foreign yachts are only received at the Sailing Centre, styled Yacht Club, of the Far East State (merchant) Marine Academy (FESMA, of DVGMA in Russian).
