Custom slips to 40 feet, seven-foot draft. Dockside water and shore power. Picnic tables, BBQs, storage boxes. Complete washroom/shower facilities. Covered rain/shine community area. Legendary movie nights, potlucks, annual BBQ. Foodland grocery directly across the street. Leisurely 5-minute walk to downtown, other marinas. Holding tank pumpout service.
