HOURS** Summer Hours: May 1 to Sept 30 – 0730 hrs to 2200 hrs Winter Hours: October 1 to April 30 – 0830 hrs to 1800 hrs ** Subject to Operational Requirements Features, to serve boaters better: Staff on hand during the summer to help you tie up your boat and answer any questions. Customs port-of-entry – ALL vessels clearing customs must hail office on VHF 67. Vessels maximum 50 feet on the North side of E-Dock (inner basin) next to the fuel barge. Vessels over 50 feet will be accommodated subject to availability. Every day, weather, tide and current information is available at the Wharfinger’s Office. Information regarding marine suppliers available in the Wharfinger’s Office. Scheduled passenger service between downtown Nanaimo and Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast is provided by seaplane from the adjacent terminal which also houses the Lighthouse Bistro & Pub.
