Our berths are available for rent and managed by the Marina Company. Marina berths are owned by individual club members. Berth owners automatically become shareholders of Wynnum Manly Yacht Club Marina LTD. Berth owners pay no Government lease extension fees and retain ownership after lease extensions. Existing leases have been extended to 2053. Welcome to the marina Our marina is quite unique and we are proud to say that we currently offer: – 280 wet berths to suit boats from 8 metres to 19 metres in length. – 40 dry berths to suit boats up to 9 metres in length on trailers. – Ample car parking within easy walking distance to boats. – 240 volt power and fresh water. – 40 dinghy storage racks with dinghy ramp and retrieval system. – A boat ramp. – A pump out facility. – Secure lockup facilities with night patrols. – No annoying walkway gates. – Walkway trolleys provided at every walkway. – Walking distance to shops and other venues. The marina is for use by club members only. Short term casual memberships are available.
