Safe Harbor Pier 121

Lewisville Lake in Texas is home to Pier 121, a renowned recreational boating destination developed by Safe Harbor Marinas. With almost 2,000 storage spaces for boats and a public boat ramp and park, it offers affordable access to the boating ecosystem. The marina is also home to the Fair Winds restaurant, which spans 5,000 square feet and provides dining and music entertainment, as well as the Sail Dallas-operated "Learn to Sail" sailing club. The proposed development of the 350+/- acre marina property will transform it into a comprehensive resort destination. The project will include the existing marina operations, a surf beach/skills training facility, a 650-site recreation vehicle (RV) resort, and a 150-room lodge. Additionally, the project will involve relocating the existing boat sales building, creating more parking spaces, and adding various supplementary recreational amenities.
