Deep slip draft ~15 ft MLW; pier depth ~35 ft Transient dockage: Available on a first‑come, first‑serve basis (yard-focused, so plan ahead) Mechanical services: Inboard/outboard diesel repair, pod drives, repower center (Mercury V12, Yamaha, Cummins, Volvo, Caterpillar), machinery overhaul Refit & finishing: Full boat painting (Awlgrip/Alexseal), varnish, fiberglass/composite, rigging, canvas, upholstery Storage: Indoor heated racks for ~210 boats, outdoor storage for ~200 yachts, plus mobile service options Reservations: Via Dockwa or phone at 401‑683‑7100 (check-in after 1 PM; check-out by 11 AM) Transient slips: Often tied to boats undergoing service, so availability may be limited
