About Scappoose Bay Marina
Scappoose Bay Marine Park is a recreational area owned and operated by the Port of Columbia County. If you love fishing, boating, kayaking or just enjoying the outdoors, you’ll have a great time at Scappoose Bay. The marina offers a public boat launch with access to the Columbia River and a separate dock for launching kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards adjacent to miles of flatwater estuaries secluded from boat traffic. Check out the St. Helens Tide Tables or see the Scappoose Bay Marine Park Brochure & Map. Scappoose Bay Marine Park is a Certified Clean Marina by the Oregon State Marine Board, a voluntary program that works to protect and improve local water quality by promoting the use of environmentally sensitive practices at marinas. Certification and recognition as an Oregon Clean Marina signifies a marina's commitment to a cleaner marine environment to help protect Oregon's waterways.
