GENERAL INFORMATION -Beaver Dam Creek Marina has 9 dock slips. -Summer contracts exist from May 1 – October 31 of each year (27 weeks). -Maximum size vessel not to exceed 25 feet. -All leaseholders must be Southampton Town full-time residents or taxpayers. -Power and water available -Rental rate for 2025 - $115.00 per foot (check their website for any updates) Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Acquired by the Town in 2017 using Community Preservation Funds, this marina offers 9 dock slips suitable for boats measuring 25 feet or less. Water and electricity are accessible.
