Launched in 1928, Huckins is one of the oldest family owned boat builders in the U.S. and has skilled craftsmen on site for all of your service work. Those who are looking to stop for a night are also welcome – this boatyard warmly welcomes transient boaters. While the yard has limited transient amenities, it is close to town, including restaurants, bars, hotels, retailers and grocery stores. Guests are welcome to use the onsite picnic area to take in views of the Ortega River! There is a West Marine just a few blocks away, and Huckins Yacht also has a stockroom onsite so you can get that last minute part you need before heading out.
