The Marina is now classed as an official new Port of Entry to Egypt and has accordingly become the first gateway to Egypt for yachtsmen sailing from the south Red Sea to the Mediterranean. Situated at only 5 kilometers from the Marsa Alam International Airport (MAIA),the marina offers unlimited options for yachtsmen sailing the Red Sea, either north-bound or south-bound, to plan their own itineraries for international trips, local trips to Cairo and to the touristic sites of Upper Egypt.
